5. The scale will automatically turn off 8 seconds after you step off.

The package includes the body weight scale and the two AAA batteries.

It's important to note a few things about this scale:

1. The four support pillars are deliberately a little loose to ensure the high accuracy of the sensors. This is not a quality issue.
2. If the batteries have been in the scale for a long time, they may have become disabled. In this case, please purchase new batteries and install them. Let us know how much you paid, and we'll refund you.
3. If you encounter any problems, please do not return the scale. Instead, contact us, and we'll ensure you're 100% satisfied.

The scale offers two measurement units – LBS and KG – which you can switch between freely by pressing the button on the back.

No need to calibrate the scale before use, as it's been pre-calibrated before packaging. As long as the scale is placed on a flat, hard surface, you can simply step on it, and the displayed value will be your accurate weight.

Designed with care, the scale features rounded edges and corners for safe usage, and the tempered glass platform provides a sturdy and easy-to-clean surface.

The scale can accommodate weights ranging from 0.2KG (0.44LB) to 180KG (397LB), and we guarantee the accuracy of the readings within this range. If your weight exceeds the maximum, we suggest using a different scale.
