Body Composition Scale for Health Conscious Users

The FitTrack Advanced Dual BIA Technology uses two different frequencies to capture your body composition data, allowing for even higher accuracy of measurements. Monitor your progress easily with 17 body composition metrics to help you achieve your goals.

The electronic scale measures 10.5x10.5x1 inches (26x26x2.5 cm) and can measure and track up to 400 pounds (181.437 kilograms). The scale can be used with either the Hume or TrackFit app. TrackFit is a relaunched old version with a simpler and clearer data display, while Hume is the new version that offers a premium program within the app for those seeking coaching and deeper personalized insights. However, you do not need the premium feature to use the app.

The scale can be synced with different devices in the household, allowing multiple users. Error messages on the scale display include "ERR," which indicates scale overload, and "ERR1," which indicates a failure in measuring body metrics. Possible reasons for the latter error include wearing socks during the body metrics measurement (please measure barefoot) or a failure to connect to the application.

To connect the TrackFit app via Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth function is turned on, turn on the electronic scale, launch the TrackFit application, go to "Me," click on "My Devices," then click the plus icon at the top right. The app will start searching for nearby devices and initiate the connection. Once successfully connected, your scale will appear in the "My Devices" list, and "Connected FitTrack" will be displayed at the top of the app's homepage.

If the app fails to find the device, stand on the scale to weigh yourself, then try searching for the device again. If the device is already added to "My Devices" but "Connected FitTrack" is not displayed on the homepage, return to "My Devices" and click "Sync the device."

To connect the device, scan the QR code on the manual or the back of the scale to download the app, insert 4 AAA batteries at the back of your FitTrack scale, turn on the FitTrack scale and the Bluetooth on your smartphone, select "My Device" on the "Me" page, and then the "+" sign at the top left. Step on your scale, and it will automatically sync to your device. First, the scale will display your weight, then flash zeros while analyzing your body composition.
